Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between any client (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") and the Chada Thai Massage salon, concerning the online sale of massage services, gift cards, subscriptions, and digital massage hour cards offered through the salon's official website.
2. Payment Methods
Services can be paid for:

Online, at the time of booking via our secure platform.

Directly at the salon, in cash or by credit/debit card.
3. Gift Cards
Clients may order gift cards online. These are sent in digital format by email and can be used for any service offered by the salon, within the limits of their validity. Unless otherwise stated, gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Subscriptions
Clients have the option to subscribe to one of two plans
4.1 Chada Thai Essential Subscription

Price: €49 incl. VAT / month

Benefit: 20% discount on all massages priced between €70 and €80 per hour.
4.2 Chada Thai Premium Subscription

Price: €69 incl. VAT / month
-
Benefit: 20% discount on all massages, except for the Chada Body Scrub.
4.3 General Terms for Subscriptions

Subscriptions are non-binding, with no minimum commitment period.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time via their online customer account.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current month, and the Client continues to enjoy the 20% discount until that date.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Digital Massage Hour Cards
Clients can purchase digital massage hour cards to benefit from preferential pricing.

These cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

After this period, unused hours will be considered expired and cannot be refunded or extended.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date or time frame are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
7. Appointment Cancellation or Modification
Any request to cancel or modify an appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the service may be charged or deducted from the Client’s credit.
8. Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for managing orders and subscriptions. It is processed in accordance with current legislation. Clients may exercise their rights of access, modification, and deletion by contacting our DPO at: info@chadathai.fr. 9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
